Generate specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) targets to help meet your goals. Specific: Be clear about the desired outcome. Measurable: Decide how to judge whether the outcome has been achieved. Attainable: Be realistic - is the outcome actually possible?
